How to manually determine competition keywords?

    Hi

I would like to know how to manually check which keywords the competition is bidding on?

For example, I would like to know on which keywords www.adultfriendfinder.com is bidding and how much.

I know there are software programs that do such analyses but I would like to know how to do it manually?

Can anybody shed some light on this?

Thx, I'm already using the google adsense tool. I'd like to know how exactly to use it so that it shows all keywords my competitor is bidding on?

To me, the best keywords are words that are relevant (obviously), have healthy volume, and are low to moderately competitive. These are the keywords that you can get rankings for the fastest and where your efforts will yield the most results. You will, of course, have some keywords on your list that are high volume and very competitive, but knowing competition will help you know how to stack your keyword deck.

I use a tool/software in determining competitor keywords. You may want to try SEMRush and SEOMoz.
They both offer the best data you can have about competitor keywords as well as on your keyword research.
