How to manage wordpress blog subscribers

    Hello friends , Hope you are fine, I have a 2 years Pr4 website and i have some subscriber (about 500) , now they are getting an email after i published a new post on my site but Now i don't want that. I need to send them the latest posts but not every single time, that is i want to send 10-15 post summary together on a single email or a mail with 7-15 days total posts . How can i do that , and which plugin you used to do it.

    Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

    The best way to doing that is using the Subscriber2 Plugin : Link
    You can select how many posts to send, Date...etc it's too useful...
