How to manage RIO of adwords

Hello,
I have Google adwords account and i want to manage ROI for that. is it possible to keep track of ROI by google analytics? if yes than please suggest me how to manage it.
if not than how can i keep track by other software?

Your question is a bit broad. I would suggest that you take a look a the Google adwords analytics tour http://www.google.com/analytics/. The best thing to do is to get an understanding of how the software works and how you can implement it to get a better ROI. I hope that helps.

i have already take a look of all the help and all the details given there. i have put tracking code too. after putting tracking code there are 4-5 sale on my site but it doesn't showing any details about sell.it show 0% sale and ROI.

i can fix code and other things what i want is just general steps to follow for fix this problem.

You need to set up 'Goals' in your account for each site then put the goal tracking code on your sales confirmation page.
