How to manage foundation data ?

    Hello all!
    I need to find a suitable solution to manage and organize ngo foundation that iam a volunteer at.

    Currently, the foundation data are stored in Excel, but it is becoming bigger and bigger. I suggested to make a MS Access database , but they told me they prefer an Online solution.

    So do you have any advice for me about this matter ?
    Iam thinking about using an ERP solution. (open source one)
    Is it suitable to use an ERP solution for foundations for example ?
    If yes, then which ERP solution you advise me to choose ?
