But now the problem is begin for me when i was think to create a sub domain and make it a forum etc for my blog but as you know blogger is not a hosting.

I need to know how can i setup my domain DNS to work with blogger and other web hosting blog works on blogger and forum etc works on hosting server and then i will make a sub domain from the web hosting cpanel.

You would just need to create an A record in your DNS zone pointing to the server which is hosting the subdomain/forum. It's kind of hard to know how to proceed without knowing your setup first, as it could be easier than creating DNS records, did you say you have cPanel or not? Where is your domains nameservers pointing to at the moment?

If your DNS is managed by Xtraorbit, then you should login to your account and click on Manage Domain -> Host Management - All Host Records.

    Create A record with:
    Hostname: @
    IP address url: 216.239.32.21
    Record Type: A (Address)

You can Create upto four with different ips
    216.239.34.21
    216.239.36.21
    216.239.38.21

and then create a CName record with
    Hostname: www
    IP address url: ghs.google.com.
    Record Type: CNAME
    MX Prf TTL: 1800

The above information is for pointing a domain to blogger.
