How to manage a video site in Wordpress?

    I have a .com site installed with wordpress scripts and I am looking to maintain that site as video blogging site like youtube. But when I try to upload video via Add video option, it is just coming as the link and not as the video player. Could you please help me in order to resolve this?

    any plugin may allow you to host self hosted video with a player.

    There are lot's of video plug-in available. Search them on wordpress.org and use any of them.

    try to add your youtube video code in the HTML code in HTML editor not in visual editor. Every Thing will be fine.

    You can always just embade a video onto a post form youtube. like rakesh kumar sugested

    if you need to create a tube like site - so yeah just search for some themes optimized for that. But if you want to make a real tube - you'll need ffmpeg, imagemagick and whole bunch of other stuff along with dedicated server (or at least good vps) and wordpress is not for it
