it is years waiting paypal to support Egypt but it seems it will take more time so i'm obliged to use paypal with non direct way i will get a vcc (virtual credit card ) and verify a fake paypal account where i send and recieve money from now i'm asking what is the best way to manage the account from Egypt as i know paypal is tracking my login location , so what do you recommend me to use to make paypal think i'm login from America as example i know i should be using proxies but i would like to know the most safe way i know many people will be saying i'm violating paypal terms of service i understand about that but it really sucks when all the world is dealing with paypal and you are living in the dark Thanks in advance.
I would say it is hard to receive payment for the non-paypal support country. And i facing the same problem 6 years ago as paypal are not supporting many countries as they doing now What i did is go for the paypal located country nearby my country and open a paypal account using my passport
What mailing address will you be using? What phone number? How will you be withdrawing your PayPal balance? I do not see how you can get around all of this. When you have a couple hundred in PayPal are you ready to lose it and not complain when Paypal closes your account? You may want to look for alternatives such as lifeplayer has done or get a business partner in an approved country.
buy a dedicated proxy server of the country u want . den make an account...also make an accoutn of any other payment processor which support your country look for a trusted exchanger ...wen u get handfull of money ..go exchange to other p[rocess and widraw it ...(it will be done in say 15% fees)
