I'd be interested to hear peoples different methods too - I'm sure it ranges from hectic excel/calc spreadsheets to pricey commercial tracking software, and no doubt plenty of custom scripts...

You've got to use Adwords editor as the bulk download feature will be disabled soon.

If you're lead generation and you've only got one success events than you can simply break up the campaigns into maybe 10 or 10k each and than sort by various metrics such as lead conversions, orders, (whatever success event you have or wish to track)...from there on in just delete whatever is costing you without results until you've got a few solid campaigns that are more managable. You can only have 500k words for an adwords accout, 50 k for yahoo.

If you have multiple success events and don't want to pay for analytics beyond adwords conversion tracking you should set up multiple accounts and define different success events for each account.

What do you use to generate the keywords?
