    Hello

I am managing a website of a Hospital, They have some 15000 e-mail addresses of their former and current staff and patients.

Now they want to Build an Email List to send newsletters to all these 15000 clients after every two weeks.

What will be the best option to create such an E-Mail List?

Create In Built Mailing List on their server by Joomla (In which site is built)

    Or Do it via Outlook.

    Or

Use third party service such as Aweber or Constant Contact?

You will need some professional software for your needs here, which you will most likely have to pay for. Run a Google search and you'll find several good results.

Use Listwire for free or one of these 3 leading Auto Responders:
    -Getresponse
    -Aweber
    -iContact

    Look no further ;)

I always recommend for commercial solutions like 1kaday suggested - self hosted email management systems are way too problematic to deal with and there is no point since most of the established EMM companies are dirt cheap (comon, 19$ per month is CHEAP...)

Yes lol, I neglected that fact. Well then if you don't want to spend 200$ every month it's best to find some self hosted email management platform solution. Google will give you best answers if you decide to go that way.
