I have already got a site which offers that kind of service. But I don't have anything at my paypal. And I don't want to put my money there, I just want to work to get it. So if I could get a job online first, then I would do what you said.
Good advices here. Ok, these have been mentioned: comments, posting video response to popular videos, good keywords etc and inviting people to join your channel. These are very good tactics. Someone mentioned about bying views and I believe you can also buy these from fiverr. But I've used also YouLikeHits where you can earn points and get views to your video (and also twitter followers and facebook fans). This is free but reguire some work from your part. Also if you have websites like blogs and you get traffic there, you could add your video in your articles and posts. And of course like someone already mentioned you can post your videos to facebook and to other social media. My 2 cents.
If you don't care about ratings and just want views, you could do it rickroll style and make threads on different forums with misleading titles with something relevant. It works, but you will get thumbs down most likely.

make the title interesting.usually interesting title like that much at all, so they are curious to watch your video.
it helps to post videos people are interested in. use lots of keywords in your tags and video description. also make sure your video title is clear, and has strong keywords and "clickability".

What does "Turst me.." mean? Do you mean "Trust me"? You should ask your friends to post your video on their Facebook pages, maybe it will go viral. lol
To promote your video 1st you should choose best and short keyword, you may use google adwords to choose most searching keywords. You may also can create a group in youtube and then you can discuss with other members in your group.
Try to put your youtube link where ever you like so that you get traffic from various ways.. especially dnt forget from Facebook..
If the video is good. You probably will not have much problem with it. Just use good phrases. Even if they are related. If the video is about your dog, use phrases like the dog, animal, funny, crazy, etc. and use a lot of fun for the video so that people are more likely to see.
