    We all know that Google doesn't have take action for the duplicate content issue this is always present especially on technology niches whereas 80% of their content is duplicate. To rank high even using duplicate content you must build backliks with quality. :D

    Content with a Perfect Keyword Density..Backlinks..backlinks and backlinks..

    My site is in the first page 2nd position but i didn't get many visitor as i seen in Google Keyword Tools,,when i research i saw 40.000 searcher in Lokal Search..i Don't understand, any advice for me?

    agree with "FavouritesBlog" above, keywords are the key point, the more competitive, the harder effort to get your site ahead...
    try google adwords, especially google trend, doing keywords research detailed b4 launching ur seo plan.

    The word "always" is a contradictory word for your question. :D
    You can get your site ranked on the first page frequently but not always, as the google changes its algo everytime and you need to be regularly updating your SEO according to it. Get atleast one backlink a day for your site and you might achieve that target.

    It depends on a lot of factors, the niche, the traffic, the competition, the amount of backlinks to your site, the age of your site, the age of the backlinks linking to your site, the authority of the backlinks, the number of pages on the site, the number of times it updates, quite a lot of factors, that Google won't release, but if you follow the basics you will have a good standing
