I want to make it so that my RSS feed only shows the content above the line so that RSS subscribers will need to click on my website to read the content. How do I do this?

Depends on your blogging software, in WordPress you set this in the Admin area under settings/reading/article feed summary or full text.

A feed contains a list of items or entries, each of which is identified by a link. Each item can have any amount of other metadata associated with it as well.
To enable this, a Web site will make a feed, or channel, available, just like any other file or resource on the server. Once a feed isavailable, computers can regularly fetch the file to get the most recentitems on the list.
