How To Make Your Domain Name More Valuable!

I have a domain name and I am caught on the crossroads of whether to sell it now or if to develop it and sell it in the future as a fully functional website.

But if the price is right I may decide to sell it.
What do you guys think? What potential does this have?

i think better u develop website/blog using the domain... try to get traffic and high PR and increase alexa ranking

 

The only way to get higher PR or alexa ranking, then you can sell it in better price

 

See if clickbank has some sort of bank guide and place on a blopspot where you can also have adsense and work from there if want done cheap til you decide then can monitor traffic and make a few bucks in the meanwhile

 

Thank you guys for the PMs, advice and for that person who gave also gave a free domain appraisal, wowing me and surprising me with the figure, according to him..his figure is based on the "future potential" of the domain.

Any more suggestions are welcomed..

 

PR willl increase its value

 

You can't sell it on a good price at this moment I think, cos' PR N/A, Backlink 0..etc...but this is a good domain name, if I were you, I would develop it til it got at least pr3, decent backlinks and possibly got some keywords ranking then flip the site. All of the above are very easy, just need the time though.
