    These tips are really very nice and give an update then putting ads on fold (top of page or starting of article) is also not good.

    1) Don't use Exact keywords as anchor text.....
    2) Title Should be Natural
    3) do a quality backlinking
    4) Essential is your content so make it unique and relevant....
