Yes, going to Natty WP would be a start. The site itself though to me, and I know this wasn't your question, looks awfully confusing and difficult to navigate. This may mostly be a language thing though, since I don't know that language. You can get the same theme from Wordpress website.. it's called : Delicate and sure you will have to modify it... all depend about your content... otherwise you can look for Pakistanian Themes... Goodluck
This site is based on Delicate theme. You can download it from here - https://wordpress.org/themes/delicate Having the same theme is only the first step though, you'll need to customize a lot to get that look and functionality.
