how to make visitors click on the ads?

I'm getting mad here!
I'm using adbrite ads in my site : specterworld.net
I put the banners in the ideal positions (Top - Right - with the content [when you see the full content by clicking "read more")


it's a week now and I got just 10 clicks

any tips or suggestions please?

I think I have good traffic, about 7000 pages views and 1000 unique user daily

1000 Uniques per day isn't heavy traffic at all. Aim for 10k uniques and then you will see money rolling

so what shall I do to make users click on the ads

 

First, get the ads out of our faces. You should have no problem converting if you have the ads placed logically.

Don't give the user an ad right in their face when they click your link. Keep them based on your content. Until you have more visitors/day than you can handle, the ad in the face won't work.

Just a thought...

 

is it normal at adbrite to attract visitors to click on the ads??

 

focus on content and the ad revenue will come. dont make ads intrusive or the visitor wont come back.

but the top and the banner are the default positions for ads
