    Have you tried CamStudio.org?

    If you want to make a video of you drawing on lined paper, why not just buy a lined pad, a pen, and use a video camera?

    they have tutorials in which will help u how to create, modify a movie, clip.

    yes camtasia is the best one. i have many video tutorial and i upload in youtube. camtasia is very easy and have rich features

    Another option would be to create an actual graphic page inside your editing software, or in photoshop. It will make it easier to read and it can be matched to your graphical look.
