I am looking to allow users earn from adsense in their pages

Is it possible to do that?

well from what ive been reading, only one account can be on 1 page. therefore your user will get 100% of revenue.

Google will not allow you to do it. Even they have terminated the account of mylot.com

Previously they were using adsense now they have been shifted to yahoo

It's called AdSense revenue sharing. Basically you get the users AdSense publisher id, and then you display ads with their ID X% of the time the page loads. This allows you to split revenue any way you want. Like someone mentioned, you can't put two publishers IDs on the same page, but you can use different IDs on every page load.

You want to implement revenue sharing. Only a single pubisher code can be shown for a single page impression.

For http://www.worlddailypress.com users can enter in their AdSense publisher id and a channel id to get revenue from articles they post. 75% of the time the user gets the ad impression.

I don't know what percentage of people care about channels but you should support it.

What if the user doesn't have a website but wants to use adsense?
Can they submit the revenue sharing site?

That's not true. You cannot display ads from two pub ids on the same page. The AdSense Terms of Service says:

"You shall not display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google."
