Hi, Do you want to run your own tracker or just host your own torrent files (don't mistake these with the actual downloaded files)? The amount of resource required depends on exactly what you want to do and what tracker/http service you implement.

There are scripts such as torrent trader and a few others. The other option is to use a forum software like vBulletin with a tracker mod and create a torrent community.
so for the site like thepiratebay it just only torrent trader script? i dont need more bigger spaca than what i have right now? my space : 150GB

ThePirateBay has their own unique software, I was comparing TT to a software that would do something like what ThePirateBay offers. To install a tracker you need root access of to the server, open up a port for the tracker to run from.
