How to make those yellow drop-down bars like in firefox?

    I've seen a couple on websites, they drop down (like when a popup is blocked in firefox) and people put their own message on it.
    It's NOT firefox, it's just a little yellow bar/box made to look like firefox. Anyone know how/where I can get the script?

    you can duplicate the design using CSS and then have it lower its self using Javascript.

    Like those adverts that move across your screen, but just have it move from the top down, then have it stop when you need it to :)
