How to make those nice Facebook pages?

Hey guys, lately I've been seeing a lot of those become a fan to see this fan pages or the ones where you see some large image (I think they enter HTML for that) and was wondering how it is done.

I want to make some of my pages nicer.

Not uite sure what you are talking about, however, to create really nice looking FB pages, you could create a complete website experinece inside of FB. Alternatively, you can create a fan 'offer page', if you've seen something like that before. This may very well be what you are talking about.
Or, create a nice looking landing page, instead of the regular wall.

i check this fan page, but i only regular page.

to fan facebook admin, all i know is, you can entering the html to tab on your facebook fan page with FBML. not all themes on the fan page. just on the the tab of it.

Do something with your profile picture.. I mean do something different, use the color sam with the facebook grey bg, then modified the picture, Its sure interesting if you can make it..

I don't think Facebook has any options to customize FB pages or make any customized background. You can only put images in the sidebar and links as well.

i think fbml is not something brand new again.
many facebook fan owner using this aplication.
i take one example here , like in this page:

you can move your page to facebook tab, like 1 2 3..
its easy.
