How to make those long (scam) sites?

Hello,

I am wondering how to make those long sites. Is there any editor for those.
(if you don't know what am I talking about, see one example at tubeautomator.com).
Oh, and also, when you try to close the site it stops you and gives you special offer, so I also wanna know how to do that.

 

Scam sites, lol um basically your referring to landing pages, a squeeze page maybe.

 

It's actually called a sales letter...
