How to make this ?

There is some patterns that are made by a photoshop plugin that have getting popular the last year. Its like gras or straws that are making circles and so on. Do you know what plugin that is ?

But search google for Grass Actions and Straw Actions. You will get lots of results!

Ah well you can use Photoshop Brushes to do that, or you can use custom shapes to do it.

They did it on a gradient which looks real sharp!

 

I would say it's a brush too, you can probably find several of these for free online

 

Thanks. I am not very experienced in photoshop. Should I just search for brushes?
