    No, he changed the template at blogspot. He did not use Joomla for it.

    I would suggest if you are having a problem making a site to get someone else to do it for you via hire someone from elance.com or rentacoder.com or even someone on this forum. That way you can focus on doing something productful.

    If you like any site on the web, you can have a graphic designer make a PSD of it, have it transformed to HTML or to a CMS ( Content Management System ) and use it on your own host.
