How to make this website ?

    please i want a free script or anything to make awebsite with admincp to be able to renew the news of the website and at the same time the look of site will be good ??? what can i use ???? thanks     :D

    I would suggest using e107 for this as you have the ability to set news in a number of locations including the front page.

    search "nulled script for websitename" in google.
    you will get a script which can make a website similar to the site which you expect.
    edit using any webdesigning tool.
    upload the files to make your website looks better.
