    Ok I tried alot but cudn't made it :( I am not sure how to make such table (see attached pic)

    This table will have two parts, one I having Google ads of 250x250 and the other, II part will be having content, let's call it $content (it's size is not fixed)

    I am not sure how to do this as everytime, the content is coming below the ads and not besides it. :(

    Any help will be highly appreciated :)

    Regards

    try this: this should do exactly what you're asking for.

    <table width="600" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
      <tr>
        <td><table width="250" border="0" align="left" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="3">
          <tr>
            <td>~~~ insert your google ad code here ~~~~</td>
          </tr>
        </table>
        here's your content cell. it should flow around the google ad box... i've added lots of filler text to bump it down below the box so you can see. just fill with whatever yummy toppings you want to put here. Also, i added cellpadding and cellspacing to the table at the left - to but a bit of space between your google ad code and your body text. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. blah blah blah your content. </td>
      </tr>
    </table>

    Code (markup):

    better do it :

    <div style="float : left; padding : 5px;">google ads code</div>

    thats it ... exactly what you want if I understand ! and the same effect as above table code ! ... a lot faster hehe

    ya Thanks alot..it's working :D ..

    anyway guys, which is better to use ? <div> or table ? actually my biggest concern is resolution. I am making my site in 1024x768 and I don't know what will happen at 800x600 :( I want to avoid horizontal scrolling on any cost...so keeping that in mind which is better, div or tables ?

    both can work - both have ups and downs. i get frustrated by CSS sometimes because of mixed browser support - whereas i never have any trouble getting my layouts to behave exactly as i want them to cross browser with tables.
