I wonder how can I make the following effect in Photoshop?:

It should be somewhere in the "Blending Options" of the layer, but I don't know which exact settings.

    Anyone can help me?

Right click on desired layer > Blending Options.
Afterwards turn on Inner Shadow and Stroke.
Edit the options to fit your needs.

    You can download the .psd:

Also, I noticed now a noise map inside the rounded rectangle. You can achieve that by creating a new layer, fill it with black and go Filter > Noise > Add noise.
And make it to fit your rounded rectangle. Afterwards put opacity on 3-4%.

    Cheers, hope I helped!

Same effect you can achieve with Bevel and emboss, inner bevel, and stroke, if needed.

Go onto a slight emboss and also try an inner shadow effect
