    How old is your site? The site must be existing for at least 6 months, with traffic at least 100 unique per day and has a reasonable number of posts.

    I recommend you to go through Google adsense program policies. Google also looks into several other criteria , for e.g: the country you live, etc to approve your blog.

    To get approved with adsense program's first of all you need to assure that your blog's are getting huge traffic , because this one is the most important thing to checked before you apply to any adsense program to get approved.

    Your blog does contain illegal content about hacks which is strictly against google terms. Please just create a personal blog in blogger and then apply. I got verified in just a day doing the same.

    if you got original content and great traffic, then is has a 90% approval rate. but at the end. its all about the google adsense account team :)
