I think the styles for this comment box are coming from here : http://www.htmlcommentbox.com/static/skins/simple/skin.css

So there is not much you can do at the moment to change anything

 

i think inline style could override since specificity is 1 .. any thoughts?

That is true, if you have an external css that you are unable to edit manually you can use inline or even css in page to override the external sheet. You can find some information at w3schools in the CSS section
