I want to know that how to make the portfolio and take the Websites images like this ? http://www.josiesque.com/Portfolio.htm

you can take your website thumbnails from thumbalizr.com/

 

you can also use the "Prt Scr SysRq" or screen capture button ( it is usually next to f12) to take screen shots.

 

pressing the ALT key and the PRT SCR key at the same time will also take a screen capture. Then you can just create a new image and select Edit > Paste in Photoshop.
