how to make sure my site is connected with twitter account?

    I have used a couple site analysis tools to see how my site is doing, and they tell me that my site is not connected with a twitter account. How does one make sure that your site is connected to your twitter account in a way that google makes the connection?

    if your site name and your twitter name are different they usually dont register on those analysis sites
