I think you can make it handy by using custom fields. For ex. for each post you define custom fields like: url, title. The post content will be the description. In your theme, you need to query this information using get_post_meta('url') and show them. That's all.
why don't u use other script for that .. there's a lot of social bookmarking script that you can use ..
