    We have a winner. Everyone has abs under that stomach fat. Proper diet and even mild exercise is the key. Bodybuilding in general is 90% diet.

    Just stop eating the food that is preventing you from seeing your abs:

    -white bread
    -pasta
    -soda
    -candy
    -dessert
    -fast food
    -hydrogenated oils
    -sugars
    -fructose corn syrup

    Instead, eat the foods that will help you reach your six pack goal:

    -oatmeal
    -olive oil
    -whole grain breads
    -fruits
    -vegetables
    -nuts
    -eggs
    -natural peanut butter
    -chicken
    -fish
    -protein
    -green tea
    -water

    Be realistic - you'll slip here and there, but make a conscious effort to improve your eating habits. Without good nutrition, getting a true six pack will be impossible.

    For me it's exercises. I began doing sit-ups since 5 years ago, now i've ready got 6 abs, so keep going, dude, more exercises.

    "Eat right, exercise more." That's the motto for losing weight or toning up, and I recommend you learn it. Eating right: I'd eat a lot of protein, vegetables, fruits, low carbs and low fat. Exercising: Do cardio and weight training, or just weight training. Don't ever neglect to weight train.
