How to make Sitemap of website?

hi everyone ....... how can i make sitemap of my site .....and what is the procedure to add my sitemap in google ......do i need to know any language (XML) or is there any other way i mean any user friendly software .....which can help me ? ...........................plz give me complete details ..........thanks in advance .

There are several online tools that will generate a sitemap for you - this is probably the most popular - http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
Then register / log in to google webmaster tools and follow the instructions to submit a sitemap

 

There is no need to learn xml to create xml sitemap. Just use the online tools to create sitemap.

 

I use Google own python script sitemap generator:

But if you are new to sitemaps then I suggest to use a simple tool like Gsitemap by Vigos to generate and submit xml sitemaps to google.

well there are a lot of xml based site map generator tools you may easily find them from google and generate the site map easily.

 

Hi search for Google xml sitemaps, there are plenty of websites that will automatically and for free convert your site into an xma sitemap. On Google you will need to become a webmaster and using the webmaster tools section you can simply add your xml sitemap.

Use the plugin if its a wordpress site, makes it hassle free

 

- For Wordpress, You can install Sitemap Plugins ( You can download by searching on SE, or Visit this http://wordpress.org )

- For Blogspot, http://yourblog-name.blogspot.com/atom.xml

- For Joomla, just install sitemap module,

- and Last, you can generate to Free Sitemap Generator

Magda has it right. Just Google "Sitemap Generator". That's all their is to it. Worth the time, and its all free.
