How To Make Rss Feed Url And Upload It Into My Website

    Dear All..i want to make RSS feed url by online tools like feed43, feedity, FeedYes etc. Please tell me how can i make the url like www.abc.com/rss.xml or www.abc.com/rss.feed and where can i upload this xml file...i just know that its need to upload in root directory.
