    The search you would do is:

    “Keyword Phrase says” “powered by wordpress”

    eg. “Link Building Link” “powered by wordpress

    Your welcome for this idea but there are thousand of more ways to build backlinks e.g forums posting, squidoo lens, social bookmarking, web 2.0 profile and thousands of more methods.
