How to make payment without CC? [Indians Please Help]

Hi, I just started using Google Adwords. I'm from India, are there any other Indians using adwords too? Could you please tell me how I could make payment for adwords campaigns if I don't own a cc.

I only have an SBI Maestro Debit Card. Is there any other way to make payment for adwords that you'll are using?

You can try an international bank account in your city Like Citi Bank, HSBC, Bank Of America and get a VISA/MASTERCARD Debit card with your account.

Then you can use that debit card for Google or open a new account with Microsoft AdCenter and get $50.00 in credit

Are you sure those international debit cards will work with adwords? It doesn't say Debit Cards accepted anywhere on the Adwords page.

Yes you are right if it just a debit card, but if it is debit card with VISA/MASTERCARD Log than it can be used as a credit card.
Merchant will use it as a credit card and the money comes out of your bank account.

netsafe is a free service provided by hdfc bank
it is used to generate credit cards online
you have set a pre defined amount for it
it is a prepaid credit card
all the credit cards that we generate are valid for 48 hours only

    its benefits are
that you don't have give ur credit card no. to any site
just use the card that is generated online
    you are given
    credit card no.
    cv2 no.
    and expiry date
use it normally as we use our credit cards
whatever amount is unused from the card generated is credited back to the account

AND THE MAIN BENEFIT IS IT IS FREEEEEEEEE:D
    I LOVE FREE THINGS

So many banks are providing no fee credit cards these days. The best way is to get one.
