How to make online videos streamable on mobile devices?

    Hi guys, I have an ipod touch and I see that some websites I surf have videos that stream on my ipod, and others that dont.

    If I have videos on my website, what must I do so that people using mobile devices would be able to watch them? Do I need to convert them to MPEG-4, H.264?
