How To Make Online Form

    Hi Frenz,

    I want to make an online form .

    The Function of form should be that

    1. It should be customizable
    2. The data posted should be saved in a database
    3. Thankyou page should be displayed after submitting the form

    So if somebody knows the coding plz help me . Im in very need of that...
