How to make nav menu 100%

Can anyone possibly help me work out how to make my nav menu 100% wide?

I achieved the result with the obvious(width:100%) LOL

 

I question though, how do I center the text of the top level menu items ?

 

text-align:center

 

By the way, Adam, you can remove the table css-- it does absolutely nothing. I've used that same menu and found the table never shows for any browser.

 

On what section do I use 'text-align:center'
