Im not good at all with the php. But what i need is to make my wordpress blog header to stay on top always ,with frame not with fixed position beacause with fixed position when i scroll all the absolute positions scrolls over the header. i need the content to scroll under the header (like facebook header or like http://www.bend-music.com/) to see the test script of my blog visit http://testkoha.site40.net/wordpress/ . please help me.
