How to make my banner fit widescreen and standard screen computer?

    I have a problem with my website banner. The banner fits perfectly on standard screen computers (1024x768) but does not fit on widescreen computers. I see many websites with banners that adjust for either screen and fits perfectly for each, but my webmaster says he can't do this for my site. My website is: http://www.prosperoweb.com/buildingsbyowner/index.asp I would like to know if there is some way to make my banner adjust to fill out all screen resolutions.
