How To Make Money With Polls

    Hi guys.
I got into CPA a few weeks ago and made a few poll pages. I'll use the Sarah Palin page for this example.

I made a poll page and then advertised on Google content networks. I capped my budget at 100/day and then used a program to automatically rotate offers and use the one which gave the highest ROI. My ROI eventually climbed to 300%. These were happy days. I spent 100/d and made back almost exactly 300. I wrote some code to send me SMS alerts if anything went wrong and automatically pause google adwords, etc. I thought I had the whole system automated and set - all my programming skills finally came in handy

As time progressed, more and more people bid on Sarah Palin, and today I realized my bid prices had gone up so high that I ended up trashing the whole page and made some new ones.

I want to try my luck on search engine ppc but it seems that my landing page quality is too low. Even though my CTR is between 1-2%, my bids keep getting raised to 0.20 and 0.30 cents.

I tried everything, including adding about me, home and privacy pages. Adding meta keywords, all the page formatting and necessary tags, etc etc. I used speedPPC and LPGen and still had no luck in increasing my quality score.

Do you guys have any recommendations for me? Please send me a private msg if you do. I'm open to trading my resources: programming, time, or anything else I can provide for some advice as well.

(One thing that I learned from all this is that it really is possible to go from 0 to 300/day in 24 hours and it's possible for anybody to repeat what I've done over and over with more than 1 page as long as you test and track)

    Thanks,
    -Mike

It sounds like you're doing all the right things. The one thing you haven't mentioned that might be worth looking at is your actual landing page content. You may need to add more unique content to your landing page/s.

Also, is it possible that 0.20/0.30 is the going rate for the keywords you're using? If competitors are all bidding around this amount or higher, it's difficult to get much lower bids even with Great quality score.
