    I have got a twitter account with 6000+ followers.

    Can anyone suggest, how to make money with this account? Is there any possibility? Plzz help....

    why do you think you must "make money" from your twitter account
    why not send people to your websites or landing pages, anything else will be marked as spam and soon deleted.

    Get products that you own the rights to and then you can install the sales pages that come with product at whatever domain name you want.

    Change the products to your liking so it helps your followers and set the price to match the value of what you are offering.
