Almost every way to make an on line business is related to Google in the sense that SEO techniques are ways to get your page showing up at the first results page at Google and other search engines. You are using Google directly with this technique to get your page appear at the first places and then getting lots of traffic to your site/blog, the you can sell anything you want from your page. This is the only way I know you can make money with Google, if there is another way I'd like to know it.
Well before Google+ started to go hard at spammers, I did know a guy who was making $100+ a day with CPA offers. Back then he created fake gmail address with the name being something related to the niche that he wanted to promote. Some other time he just used fake names. He then started to add people who are in the same niche (it was game so he added a lot of people). Since G+ is new he said, almost 80% of the people follwed him back. And from there, he just spam them with links to his offers. However, Google did give a final warning to those who spam. So I don't know what else you can do to make money from Google+ for right now.
Well making money through ad sense provided by google was known but making money through google + seems to be some thing next to impossible....
I have to do more exploring on Google+ to give an answer. I am also thinking of making a Google+ account and see for myself.
I would suggest to stay clear from the big G product. If the big panda bans you, you know the consequences.
Get some unique info. & make site & do regular updation on it. Apply google ads on it. That makes sense but that not a easy job now a days.
