How you do this is totally up to you. Why don't you read the DP forums (which contain plenty of useful info and tips) for a while before asking others to give you answers?
Start by reading how to create a website first. Then find out what people market. Then learn how to market those products. Then learn about different marketing methods. Pick one marketing method, pick one product/niche and then just do it. If you dedicate your time, the whole process will take you 3-4 months to a whole year or even more before you know what you're doing. The learning curve can be steep.

I just got it 2 days ago and just got signed up with azoogle myself. It is very detailed and I'm looking forward to getting into it right away.
