These all things are so interelated...... easy to say but very tough....its so vast only Google Robots can operate them and earn money....not we ppl learn 1 topic in 1 decade than we can earn money lol
They mean you need your own domain e.g. www.yourchoiceofdomain.com They no longer accept blogspot blogs for adsense. As for making more with adsense: Its all about traffic. The more the better especially if its targetted, but also important is to choose a high paying niche. Whats the point in having a niche that earns 5 cents a click when you can have one that earns $1 a click. Niche selection is critical.
