How to make money with a dormant site?

With this update, almost all my sites have become a PR2 and hence under monetized. I was wondering if you guys know any method to monetize these sites.

Also, I am not asking about general tips like selling links, paid posts and stuff. These sites are informative minisites on their niche and getting more than 80% of their traffic from search engines.....so anything that angers the google god :D is a no-no. . . . .they are a PR2 with about 20-100 uniques a day...

Is there any way to well monetize...like about 10-30$ a month? I have already used theadnetwork.co.uk . . anyone similar or better for these lil sites of mine? :)

Using Adsense will keep the Google Gods happy. They would prefer to control all advertising on the web

Sine you have PR you can go for paid links. Use TextLinkAds or Linkworth!!

What did I just say in the thread? I am not simply looking for general answers here my friend.....I am looking for specific answers and tla and linkworth are risky to use with since google can penalize my sites anytime and hence make all my hard work go down the drain....

When you mean monetize, do you mean through link exchange, or other things?

eg. paid subscription, training program etc

well.....this is not going anywhere :D By monetize, I mean making money....can it be clearer? :) What are the ways to make money with a static site, other than adsense and textlinks...to increase the revenue of course

More natural traffic will increase revenue and for that you need more links. Try www.linkmetro.co.uk its free or paid and you can exchange links with thousands of sites.

You could update a page or two with link-bait and the stumble a few.

Wait a sec - you seem to be pretty good at putting down people's suggestions, just not any good at coming up with your own?

well, try setting up affiliate products sales on these sites - if you're getting at least that much traffic, you can probably get a few clicks a day, and a few sales a month for related products. If you are any good at it of course ...

Yea try adding CJ or widgetbucks to your site. Work on them, get more traffic.
Or the best way to make money is just sell the sites themselves and start something new.....

Good affiliate products often bring in a lot more money than Adsense. Do a search for "TOPIC affiliate program" and see what comes up!

kniaz, I am not trying to put out peoples suggestions, I am irked at people trying to increase their post count by simply posting without thinking. :(

@ superrich guy....widgetbucks seem really lucrative, but I would wait till they actually payout people...

@ informationempire... affliate programs are not the thing in my niche...thanks for the suggestion though...

perhaps you should park it - I'm sure you've already been suggested to do this by now :/
