How to make money with a blog that gets 3000 unique visitors per day

I am currently running a blog that gets 3000 unique visits per day. I have an adsense install which is averaging about $3 per day. Am I missing something? I feel like this type of traffic should be getting more revenue. Other there other ways to monitize? The blog is only 3 months old so no page rank yet

With This traffic, I think you could make a few dollars more per day.

You have to see where the traffic comes, and if qualified for your site.

Perhaps With A change in your template, or relocate the ads, You Can Double Your Income.

In my case, the graphics ads, bring me better results, But it all depends on the subject matter of your site.

$3 for 3000 unique visitor (near about 5000 pageviews) is very low man.

how did you placed your adsense ad units?
try to use these 3 ad units (728x90, 300x250 , and 336x280)
use 728x60 and 300x250 above the fold and 336x280 at the end of post.

 

u should earn more than 3$ mate, one of my website with very low cpc and 300 UV make around 3$

 

The keyword you have used in your website might have very low CPC Budget and your placing of Google Adsense are not properly placed.

So try to fix them.

And for about 3000 Unique Visitors, just ask yourself from where they come from through BLACK or WHITE HAt SEO ? Because its matters for your earning potential.

 

May be you haven't placed ads at right place or you have low paying niche

 

your Adsense earnings will depend on your blog niches and countries of your visitors. How many page views and clicks per day do you get from these 3000 uniques?

Hi, It's really grate to get 3000 visitor per day, for me honestly It's huge, but $3 earning form this blog is not that much satisfactory. You just check how much you get for each click, where the click comes from. And then improve your site content for targeted visitor who will worth for you. I hope it will work.

 

I think the traffic you get is not too high quality, I am assuming the entire traffic is from countries like India, Pakistan, Philippines, I mean from Asian countries where CPC is fairly low. If you get at least 10% US,UK,Canada,Australia based traffic you get $3 from that traffic only. Work on your template and ad placement. Blend ad units and try images/rich videos as well as text units. Try to play with recommended ad units 336x280, 160x600, 300x250, 768x90 as much as you can. IMO, you have the traffic to earn at least double what you currently earn.

Can you explain why in details why this would make a difference? People can create any theme they want and lable it as a adsense CTR theme just to get some sales.

 

The question is; are you getting many low-paying clicks or a few regular to high-paying clicks. Maybe if you answered this, people would have more targeted answers for you.

Totally agree with you. If we have a adsense enabled blog for local visitor(from Asia), It never help us to make huge earning.

Traffic region is a big factor for generating revenue from adsense. And you should also need to get traffic from organic sources rather than reffering sources. I got 2k visitors from stumbleupon, but they can't generate more than $2 wheather my 1K organic visitors generate more than $5 on an average
