    I have a PR1 "how to make money online" website for sale.

    Inlcuded:

    Domain: ahowtomakemoneyonline.com (all the keywords in the domain!!!)
    Files: including 7 eBooks about method on how to make money online, all uniques. Also, about 40 articles. Running on WP.
    eBooks: 7 uniques eBooks. Sales are not yet organic but generated by advertising, forum, posting, etc...
    Income: Very variable still, from $100 to $300 per month coming by working on it. No work (forum, posting, etc..), no income.
    Traffic: About 200 uniques/month so far.
    Facebook: Fan page with 356 fans included.
    Twitter: 540 followers, 65 following, 88 tweets so far.

    149 pages indexed in Google.
    2 links in Google.
    897 links in Yahoo.

    Obviously, this site has huge potential for the one who see what to do with this. Adding eBook time to time and getting some authority in the field.

    I'll take no less than $750 for it.

    if i at the same place as you, i won't sell it, just do some hard work, do SEO, and build more backlinks, rank higher, promote affiliate products, make at least 4 figures a month with it
    my advice: just do some work
